1. Brief introduction of multi-function water pump control valve
It is a new type of hydraulic valve with automatic operation in the whole process. 2. Several major characteristics of the design
1. The main valve plate and the valve stem form a sliding fit, and the opening of the valve plate can be changed with the flow rate, so it can be closed when the flow rate is close to zero, achieving the ideal state of water hammer.
2. The control chamber adopts a diaphragm design, which avoids the switch failure phenomenon caused by resistance in the piston cylinder control chamber. The diaphragm material is polychloroprene rubber reinforced with reinforced nylon fiber mesh.
3. Compared with the swing check valve, the power consumption is reduced by 31%. The design reduces the weight of the main valve plate, and adopts a streamlined and spacious valve seat design. The resistance coefficient is 3.8, which is much lower than that of the swing check valve with a resistance coefficient of 5.6.
4. It is easy to maintain, and adopts a wide bonnet, so that all components in the valve can be taken out without dismantling the connecting flange.
