Treatment requirements before valve assembly:
1. According to the processing requirements, some parts need to be polished, and the surface shall be free of machining burrs;
2. All parts shall be degreased;
3. After degreasing, conduct pickling and passivation, and the cleaning agent does not contain phosphorus;
4. After pickling and passivation, clean it with pure water, and there shall be no residual agent. This step is omitted for carbon steel parts;
5. Wipe the parts and components one by one with non-woven cloth, and do not retain the surface of the parts such as wire wool, or use clean nitrogen to dry;
6. Wipe parts one by one with non-woven fabric or precision filter paper dipped in analytical pure alcohol until there is no dirty color.
Technical requirements for valve assembly:
1. The installation workshop must be clean, or a temporary clean area must be built, such as newly purchased color strip cloth or plastic film, to prevent dust from entering during installation.
2. Assemblers must wear clean cotton overalls, cotton hats, clean shoes, plastic gloves and degrease.
3. Tools for assembly must be degreased and cleaned before assembly to ensure cleanliness.
