Product Introduction

• Flange connection ANSI lifting hard seal plug valve is suitable for cutting off or connecting pipeline media in various working conditions such as petroleum, chemical, fertilizer, power industry, etc. with nominal pressure Class 150~1500LB and working temperature of -29~550℃.

Working principle of valve opening and closing

• Valve opening and closing process: When opening the valve, first rotate the handwheel to make the plug rise and separate from the sealing surface, then rotate the handle 90 degrees to make the plug channel communicate and achieve the purpose of opening.
• The closing process is to first rotate the handle 90 degrees to make the plug channel vertical, and then rotate the hand wheel to lower the plug to achieve sealing.
