Workinig Principle :

Switching valves(safety valve blocks) are used to connect two safety valves to a pressure system i a pipeline. , one for operation and one for backup, so that one safety valve is in operation and the other is in standby. The backup safety valve can be removed and repaired during the operation of the equipment, enabling quick replacement of the safety valve without stopping the machine.

The dual linkage switching valve is composed of one inlet side switching valve, one outlet side switching valve, and two identical safety valves installed in the middle. It is an upgrade of the safety valve switching device. Through the linkage of the chain wheel structure, synchronous action of two switching valves can be achieved, and the inlet and outlet of any safety valve can be simultaneously cut off, achieving online switching between in use and backup safety valves. It is especially suitable for systems with backpressure at the safety valve outlet, and safely realizing the disassembly of the safety valve to be inspected.
