How to paint the valve to identify
1. Valve products are identified and painted according to the valve body material. The color of the valve body material is gray cast iron, malleable cast iron, ductile iron, carbon steel, acid-resistant steel, and stainless steel alloy steel.
Recognition paint color black silver medium gray blue medium blue
Note:
(1) Acid-resistant steel and stainless steel are not allowed to be painted
(2) Copper alloy is not painted
2. In order to indicate the material of the sealing surface of the valve product, the handwheel, handle, and wrench of the transmission should be identified and painted, and the color is specified in the following table.

Note:
(1) When the sealing surface materials of the valve seat and the opening and closing parts are different, paint the color according to the low-hardness material.
(2) Check valve, painted on the top of the bonnet: safety valve, pressure reducing valve, and steam trap are painted on the bonnet or bonnet.
3. The paint color of the transmission mechanism shall be in accordance with the following regulations:
(1) Electric device: ordinary type painted medium gray, three-in-one (outdoor, explosion-proof, anti-corrosion) type painted end blue.
(2) Pneumatic, hydraulic, gear transmission and other transmission mechanisms are painted with the same product.
