Steamed Pressure Relief Valve Safety Valve has the structure which allows the use of the counter force and tensile force of the steam flow to ensure the full displacement when the blowdown is with in 3%. It can be used to maintain the pressure of the tank in the normal state and to reduce the evaporation losses of volatile liquid inside the tank.
