lubricated plug valve

lubricated plug valve are metal seated valves providing a tight shut off ( 0 leakage ) sealing, valves shall be regularly lubricated along with their operation by injection of suitable grease. Due to the absence of any body cavity and as well as a simple & tough design, they are highly recommended for any critical “Full ΔP” operation and for handling any media with an high % of solids contents, further more they provide an excellent resistance to abrasion, they are free from routine maintenance, providing a long service life.

Features:

1、It has logical structure,reliable seal,excellent performance and nice design.

2、It has the structure of flip-chip balance able pressure and light on/off operation.

3、An oil groove is set between valve body and seal surface,which may infuse the seal grease to increase the seal capability.

4、The part material and flange dimension may be selected according to current operating condition and users requirement,so that meet the requirements of various engineering.
