Features:

Ceramic knife gate valve is a ceramic-on-ceramic seated valve designed for use in slurry services. It was designed to replace standard knife gate valves in service without piping modifications and can be operated in a bi-directional fashion. Structural ceramics are used on the valve gate and seat to resist wear, corrosion, high temperature and thermal shock. This valve is typically used for on/off service and is suitable for conveying wearing media, including dust and particles in vacuum systems. Specially designed variants of this valve have been created to operate at 6100 psi and 1650°F.
