Ceramic Lined Gate Valve mainly has two types of structure, bolted bonnet type for low pressure ratings and pressure seal bonnet for higher pressure. It uses high hardness, high strength and high purity 99% Al2O3 ceramics, with good corrosion and abrasion resistance, which has longer service life than general metal seated wedge gate valves.
Features
Ceramic Lined Gate Valve has two ceramic sealing rings which are inserted to both sides of wedge gate. Also, it has reasonable structure with reliable sealing and compact appearance. It has abrasion resistance, corrosion resistance, good friction resistance and long service life. It not only improves the use of energy efficiency, increases the safety of production equipment, but also can provide a clean and safe working environment.
