Forged steel check valve refers to a valve that automatically opens and closes the valve flap by relying on the flow of the medium itself to prevent the backflow of the medium, also known as check valve, one-way valve, reverse flow valve, and back pressure valve. The check valve is an automatic valve whose main function is to prevent the backflow of the medium, the reverse rotation of the pump and the driving motor, and the discharge of the medium in the container. Forged steel check valves can also be used on lines supplying auxiliary systems where the pressure may rise above the system pressure. Check valves can be mainly divided into swing check valves (rotating according to the center of gravity) and lift check valves (moving along the axis).
Scope of application of forged steel check valve
Urban construction, chemical industry, metallurgy, petroleum, pharmaceutical, food, beverage, environmental protection and other fields.
The function of the forged steel lift check valve is to avoid the backflow of the pipeline medium. Its main components include a series of components such as valve body, valve seat, valve disc and valve cover. The forged steel lift check valve is equipped with a spring, which is used to ensure that the valve disc is always in a state of dynamic balance under the action of the spring. No matter what the medium pressure at the valve inlet end is, the valve can maintain a balanced operation. It is equipped with a guide rod on its disc, and the guide rod can be raised and lowered at will in the guide hole of the valve cover. When the pipeline medium flows in the specified direction (from left to right), and the pressure under the disc is greater than the pressure above it, push the disc to rise along the centerline of the guide hole of the bonnet, and the valve will automatically open, allowing the medium to flow; When flowing from right to left, that is, when the flow is reversed, the pressure above the valve disc is greater than the pressure below it, and the pressure difference between the upper and lower sides and the weight of the valve disc press the valve disc on the valve seat, so that the medium cannot pass through, that is, the fluid cannot flow back; and The higher the fluid pressure in the pipeline, the tighter the sealing surface is, and the better the sealing effect is.
The sealing surface of the valve seat can be welded by surfacing, or made into a valve seat sealing ring and then expanded, or it can also be connected to the valve body by threads; when the valve body is made of stainless steel, the sealing surface can also be It is directly machined on the valve body. The valve disc sealing surface can be directly processed on the valve disc, or it can be processed after surfacing welding or welded on the valve disc with the inner and outer periphery of the sealing ring. The straight-through lift check valve can only be installed on the pipeline in a balanced manner, and the centerline of the disc is vertical to the horizontal plane, while the vertical lift check valve is not limited by this.
