The electric ball valve (English name: Electronic Ball Valve) is composed of an electric actuator and a ball valve to form an electric ball valve.
It is a kind of pipeline pressure component for industrial automation process control. It is usually used for remote opening and closing (switching on and off media) of pipeline media. The electric ball valve standard GB/T21465-2008 "valve terminology" is defined as: the opening and closing member (sphere) is driven by the valve stem and rotates around the axis of the valve stem. It is mainly used to cut off or turn on the medium in the pipeline, and can also be used for fluid regulation and control. The hard seal V-shaped ball valve has a strong shear between the V-shaped ball core and the metal valve seat of the hardfacing alloy. Shear force, especially suitable for media containing fibers, tiny solid particles. The electric ball valve is divided into an electric flange ball valve, an electric pair ball valve, an electric welding ball valve, and a electric wire ball valve. According to the sealing form, it is also divided into a soft-sealed electric ball valve and a hard-sealed electric ball valve.
