The electric flange butterfly valve is mainly suitable for the control of flow, pressure and temperature of various industrial automation production pipelines. For example: electric power, metallurgy, petrochemical, environmental protection, energy management, fire fighting system. The electric flange butterfly valve has two connection modes: flange type and wafer type. It is an important execution unit in the field of industrial automation control. The electric flange butterfly valve belongs to a variety of valves, gate valves, butterfly valves, ball valves, hydraulic control valves and electric regulating valves.
1. Before installing the electric flange butterfly valve, confirm whether the product performance and medium flow direction arrow of the factory are consistent with the movement conditions, and insert the valve cavity to clean. Never close the butterfly plate before cleaning to avoid damaging the sealing ring.
2. It is recommended to use the special flange for the butterfly valve, namely the HGJ54-91 type socket welded steel flange, for the disc plate installation supporting flange of the electric flange butterfly valve.
3. Where the electric flange butterfly valve is installed in the pipeline, the best position is vertical installation, but not upside-down installation.
4. The electric flange butterfly valve needs to adjust the flow during use, and it is controlled by a worm gear box.
5. For the disc valve with a large number of opening and closing times, open the worm gear box cover in about two months to check whether the butter is normal. Keep a proper amount of butter.
6. Check the tightness of each connection part to ensure the tightness of the packing and the flexible rotation of the valve stem.
7. Metal-sealed butterfly valve products are not suitable for installation at the end of the pipeline. If it must be installed at the end of the pipeline, an outlet flange must be installed to prevent the sealing ring from being over-pressed and over-positioned.
8. Valve stem installation and use response Periodically check the valve use effect, and promptly remove any faults found.
